We fix old houses.
We build new ones right.
We install solar.

Renovation, historic restoration, residential solar, and appraiser punch-list repairs — done by one crew, start to finish. Licensed at the Louisville Metro level with in-house electrical and HVAC state licenses, so we don't sub out the slow parts.

What we do

Four disciplines, one crew.

Most GCs sub out electrical, HVAC, or historic detail work. That's where jobs run long and communication breaks down. We hold state licenses in the trades that usually cause delays, so we can quote tighter timelines and actually hit them.

The difference

Built to hold up under scrutiny.

Louisville's older housing stock rewards contractors who slow down and do it right. We work like the house is going to outlast us — because most of them will.

  • In-house licensed trades. Electrical and HVAC done by our crew under state licenses, not subbed to a truck we've never met.
  • Metro overlay-district experience. We know the historic review workflow and what actually gets approved.
  • Line-item estimates. Labor hours × $50 and materials itemized. You see every line. No lump-sum project numbers that hide the math.
  • One crew, start to finish. No new faces halfway through. No "the other crew handled that" excuses.

Residential solar

Straight talk about 2026 solar.

The federal 30% residential tax credit expired December 31, 2025. It's not available for systems installed in 2026, and any installer who claims otherwise is lying to you. Kentucky has no state credit either.

What you do still get is LG&E and KU net metering — the utility credits your bill for excess power you send back to the grid. Payback in Kentucky right now is roughly 12–17 years, longer than it used to be, but still a positive over the panels' 25-year lifespan. If that math makes sense for you, we install TOPCon monocrystalline modules and handle the utility paperwork.

They didn't sub anything out. Same three guys the whole month, cleaning up every day. When the drywall wasn't right, they came back and fixed it without an argument. I've dealt with a lot of contractors and none of them did it this way.
