1890s Victorian, full exterior restoration

Original brick repointed, all cedar trim milled to match, porch columns rebuilt from period photos, hand-scraped and painted in a historically-accurate palette. Louisville Metro Landmarks COA approved on first submission.

Full gut, wall removed between kitchen and dining, structural beam installed. Custom white oak cabinets, honed Vermont soapstone counters, unlacquered brass fixtures. Six weeks door-to-door.

Old Louisville primary bath restored in a fully period-appropriate way. Cast-iron soaking tub, honed Carrara marble shower surround, unlacquered brass fixtures, hex-tile floor. Original moldings preserved.

Crescent Hill dining room where the original crown molding had been removed decades earlier. We milled a matching profile from a surviving fragment in a closet upstairs and ran it clean around the room.

Portland shotgun where the appraiser had flagged the front porch as a condition of closing. Rotted tongue-and-groove decking replaced, column bases rebuilt, painted to match. Closed in nine days.
